Quality Inn Dry Ridge

We loved rooms in their fridge.

The staff were SERVICE-MINDED and well-trained.

Exceptionally comfortable beds in our king room. Facilities - television, a microwave oven and a fridge. Good service throughout the hotel.

Loved our stay in this place. The breakfast had lots of toast, cereal, fruit and eggs. Location: the hotel was near a cozy pizzeria. Dined at Casa Martini, it was relatively close to the venue.

We thought the breakfast was very good. The eggs and sausage were hot, and there was a good selection of breakfast items.

The beds were older because the mattresses sagged quite a bit. The pillow were nice, however. We stayed 2 nights and our beds were straighten up somewhat, but you could tell they were had not been remade. We thought the beds were uncomfortable because of the sagging.

We were traveling south for a long weekend and mistakenly booked the wrong date on booking .com The staff at the desk told us they would correct it for us and was not a problem. After paying for that night we still got billed for the other night. After talking to Booked.net they said we had to talk to the comfort inn staff. They gave us the run around that it would be fixed ( more than a week ) before the wrong date we scheduled. They finally told us corporate would not allow them to cancel the date so I was out around 80 bucks. Had I known it would be such a pain I would have taken my business elsewhere. I got charged for a simple mistake and they took my money. I will not use your hotels anymore and will tell all the people I know about it. Also I am in touch with the better business berau. It's nice for a big company to steal from guests. We still paid for the night we stayed. It's not like they didn't get money from us. Beware that you don't make a mistake because they won't care and will take your money.

Shower head sucked , but mostly just fine

I appreciated that the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure as I rested after a day of exploring the great nearby attractions like the Ark Encounter, just 6.5 km away, and Piddle Park, a pleasant short stroll of around 1.5 km from the hotel, making my city walks enjoyable.

Breakfast was poor. Sausage was greasy and eggs were per formed discs.

No signs letting you know what the flavor of sme of the food.

Had a great stay with a huge, comfy bed and a nice fridge in our king room. The pool was a perfect place to relax after a long day, and the breakfast area was bright and inviting. Just wish the towels were a bit fluffier, but overall, we really enjoyed ourselves! 😊

Comfortable bed and good breakfast, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

My children wished there was a pool area to unwind after our day's activities. It would be great to have a family-friendly space where kids can splash and play.
